Midwest Woodworking Lumber Sale Price List

Posted on July 20th, by Andy Brownell in marketing & promotion, Wood. No Comments

After speaking with Frank David at Midwest Woodworking earlier this week, I’ve been able to pull together a price list for everyone to look at before heading over to the event. I’ve talked Frank down to some pretty unbelievable prices – well below any retail or wholesale prices I’ve found published from Irion, Hearne and Paxtons. Plus, the stuff is all at least 30+ years old and has lived in the building the whole time.

You can download a copy of the lumber price list here:

As a reminder, the event is scheduled for Friday and Saturday, August 16 – 17, at 4019 Montgomery Rd. Cincinnati, OH, from 9am-2pm, or until people stop filling their trucks and emptying their wallets. There are more details available here from my previous post, and you can look at some of the interior shots of the location and equipment for sale here.

I’ve also built a ton of stuff from Frank David’s secret cache of lumber over the years. You can look at some of this exceptional lumber in furniture form here, or some of the more recent stuff Chris Schwarz has built for his upcoming book on Campaign Furniture here.

I’ll be posting a few more updates over the next few days including event details, cutting/milling options and even the ability to have custom veneer plywood made from full flitches or one off pieces. In the meantime, drool over this 12′ long x 33″ wide x 6/4 board of South American Mahogany.
